IDX in Menifee
MLS listings on your website, for Menifee agents and brokers.
Menifee listings live in California Regional MLS (CRMLS), the MLS covering Riverside County. A Menifee agent or broker gets them on a website with two things: a CRMLS-licensed IDX vendor and an IDX Request Form signed by the broker of record. HomesIDX is that vendor: the full CRMLS feed as a JSON API, a one-line embed, or a hosted search page, refreshed about every 15 minutes, with attribution and display rules handled, from $49 a month.
The Menifee market, from a website's point of view
One of the I-15 corridor's fastest-expanding cities, heavy with new construction and first-time buyers priced out of the coast. New-home shoppers still search resale, and fresh IDX data is how they find you.
