MLS fees

CRMLS charges IDX vendors per site URL. Solo includes 2 URLs, Pro 5, Agency 20. Additional URLs are $9 per month each. You need an active CRMLS membership; we do not sell data to non-members.

Questions

Do I need to be a CRMLS member?: Yes. IDX data is licensed to CRMLS participants and subscribers. Your broker of record signs the CRMLS IDX Request Form naming us as vendor.
How fresh is the data?: We pull changes from the CRMLS feed every 15 minutes and reconcile the full feed daily. CRMLS requires refresh within 12 hours; we run well inside that.
Can I use it for a mobile app?: Yes. Any client that can make HTTPS requests. Keep the key server-side; use our photo URLs directly in the app.
What about sold listings?: Sold data is available where CRMLS permits it for IDX display. Ask when you request access.
Can I switch from my current IDX plugin?: Yes. Most switches take a day. The CRMLS form is the only paperwork.
Enterprise?: More than 5 brokers, custom SLAs, or a second MLS: request access and say so.
