Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, brokerage, MLS IDs, phone, and the website URLs you register.
• Usage: API calls by key, endpoint, and day; request logs with IP address and timestamp, kept 90 days.
• Billing: handled by our payment processor. We store the plan and invoice status, not card numbers.
• Hosted pages: visitor page views and search parameters, without cookies that identify a person.

How we use it

To run the Service, meter and bill usage, report serviced URLs to the MLS as its license requires, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account.

Sharing

We share account and URL information with California Regional MLS (CRMLS) as required by our data license. We use infrastructure and payment providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Listing data

Listing agent and office contact details in the feed are MLS data published for attribution. We do not add them to marketing lists.

Retention

Account records are kept while the account is open and for 7 years after, as MLS audit terms require. Request logs are kept 90 days.

Your rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, subject to our audit obligations. Use the contact form.
